1️⃣ Protective items and their energy
There are several protective items in my life, and each of them has its own frequency and message. I believe that you, too, who are reading this post, have them!
Some of these protective items have come to me on their own, as if guided by fate, as gifts, and with a deep feeling that they have been waiting for me for a long time. Others found me by chance at a fair or in a shop, catching my eye just when I needed their power. And others I have created myself, found in a bird's nest, a chestnut, a stone that caught my eye because of its color or symbolism. Depending on what my soul needed. I believe you are familiar with this and will add to this list with your own examples!
I will not reveal the nature of my protective objects to you in words, not because it is a secret, but out of respect. These objects are a contract between me and the universe, invisible protection that is activated when I really need it. Their presence reminds me that I am protected, that my grandmother and the power of the universe are standing by my side.
Some protective items are in my pockets so that I can feel them between my fingers when I need to focus, ground myself, or remind myself that I am protected. This touch brings back my strength and helps me calm my mind and listen to my soul.
And then there is my personal year bracelet, one of my most visible personal symbols, which I often talk about. It reminds me of what stage of life I am at this year. Its color, vibration, and message activate both clarity and brightness in me. It is like a cosmic reminder that I am moving in the right direction.
As you read this, I'm sure you can think of several such items that support you on your life path. Think about them today!
When I carry my protective items, my words become deeper, my thoughts calmer, and my energy focus clearer. They are like little messengers of goodness in my pocket or on my wrist, reminding me that clarity brings brightness.
The real protection of these items does not come from the material, but from the feeling they evoke in me. From the knowledge and confidence that goodness is with me.
2️⃣ My angel and messages of kindness
Since birth, I have been accompanied by beings of light. I like to say that I am under the protection of angels or on a journey sent by fairies. These are lovely beings of light, whom I do not consider to be anything special, but rather a natural part of my life. Their presence is invisible but perceptible. The air becomes softer, the heart calms down, the mind quiets down, and the soul begins to resonate.
I do not call on them lightly, but I have needed them in my life. Usually, the connection between us is based on mutual respect. But when I need clear guidance or protection, the quietest prayer is enough, and he guards my path, opening it to goodness and protection.
Angels do not act on command; they move through pure intention. An angel's protection is sacred. It is not to be played with or manipulated. They are not at our disposal, but only at our service when our intentions are pure.
That is why I do not play with their power. I simply trust.
Every time I leave home, whether behind the wheel, as a passenger, or simply traveling, I invite them to accompany me with the words: "Make everything work out. Keep everything running smoothly and smoothly."
This little ritual creates a protective layer around me, which does not come from fear, but from the knowledge that goodness is always with me, and I realize how many times I have reason to smile with contentment. In this way, my guardian helps me avoid not only physical dangers, but also disturbances outside my energy field, such as excessive noise, empty talk, confusing feelings, doubt, or fear. When my field begins to dissipate, their presence is like invisible wings spreading around me, bringing me back to my center and a sense of security.
In those moments, I never forget to say, "Thank you, thank you, thank you, I feel your protection and I am very grateful for it."
This connection is not a dialogue in words, but a subtle communication through symbols, feelings, and signs. The universe speaks to me through the little things in everyday life.
I believe that it speaks to all of you who are reading this text, because you know how to listen!
I do not take it for granted when I happen to find myself among the right people, instinctively turn into the right street, or enter a store for no apparent reason, where the answer to a question I had asked in my mind awaits me. I know that I am guided by angels and I trust them. I may also receive an answer to a question through an unexpected flash of light, or music stopping at the exact moment when my thought needs confirmation, or a gust of wind moving as if my thought had summoned it. The sky may catch my attention with an unusual cloud formation, or a third car with the same number combination I noticed in the morning may drive by on my way.
I know that these are not just coincidences. They are codes from the board, invisible messages through which my light beings let me know that everything is in order. And through them, I receive confirmation that I am being taken care of. If I know how to read and understand them. I believe that this is also true for you, or will be, if you just know how to listen and dare to perceive.
As confirmation, I would like to add that our communication with angels does not take place through words, but through thoughts and signs. These are signs of goodness, symbols of the universe, through which my angel says:
"I am here to protect you."

3️⃣ Places where the light is silent
There are places where I simply do not want to be. Not out of fear, but out of a deep knowledge that my energy is not at home there. I recognize it instantly, my body tenses up, my soul quietly says, "Don't stay."
My inner knowledge tells me that "this is not my place." Sometimes the feeling comes unexpectedly. I walk in and know that I have to leave. If possible, I just leave, even if I can't justify it with my mind. But when I was younger, yes, it wasn't always possible, so I stayed as long as necessary and still tried to leave at the first opportunity.
But of course, there have also been situations where I tried to convince myself that it was just my imagination or excessive sensitivity. I have gotten myself into trouble this way, especially when I was younger. In hindsight, I realized on several occasions when the angels had already warned me, but my logic wanted experience, not listening. From these experiences, I now know better what it means to listen at the right time. Life has taught me more and more to trust my instincts.
Now, when I get that feeling, I no longer argue. I just move away and trust that I will be guided to the right place. Sometimes I use a little white lie to soften the situation. Not to hide anything, but to avoid explaining something that others might not understand anyway.
How does that sound, does it seem familiar to you?
My inner radar is increasingly able to distinguish between the different energies of different places. Let me explain it to you with an example: let's take cemeteries—I simply don't go to some of them because there is a silence there that is not inviting, but somehow warning. When I go to another cemetery, however, I feel calm, I walk around, admire the beautifully designed graves, and feel the peace of the place.
It can be the same with other sacred places. I take it as a sign that I am simply being kept away from places where my energy is not needed. In the case of cemeteries, for example, there are no messages for me there; the spirits there communicate through other channels. My work and spiritual awareness belong to the living, not to the realm of the departed.
However, if I happen to find myself in a place where the energy does not feel right to me, I consciously take a deep breath and call on the angels to accompany me. It is as if there is a protective shield around me, I enter as if into my own bubble, smile on the outside, and manage to get through it.
This is my quiet ritual, not a spell of fear, but rather a confirmation of goodness around me. So I move on, calmly and consciously, knowing that if my inner voice says "don't stay," then that is the language of the angels, and I will only stay in that place as long as is necessary.
I do not fight the darkness, but consciously choose to be present in goodness.
4️⃣ People and energy balance
We are all different, and so are people whose energy can be burdensome or disruptive to others. I don't immediately call them malicious, but simply those who carry some kind of unresolved difficulty within themselves, whether consciously or unconsciously. In my experience, such people do not stay around me for long.
However, when we do meet for some reason, something interesting happens. My inner goodness, my positive attitude, makes them feel uncomfortable. They sense that I do not feed them, and this irritates them. Usually, our paths diverge quite quickly because they cannot stay in my energy frequency for long.
However, I do not fight or defend myself against them with force. I believe that my strength lies in conscious goodness. I believe that if my field is clear and my heart is open, no negative energy can remain near me. My protective items also function as mirrors, and all negativity that comes my way bounces back to its source without me having to do anything. This happens naturally, like the universe's own corrective mechanism.
I have heard many stories about how people have turned to healers, clairvoyants, or cleansers when they feel that they have been affected or covered. This is also understandable, because our inner fear creates a need for protection.
When I have had the opportunity to support someone in such a situation, I always do so with respect. I explain what I see in the person based on their birth numbers and how they can make their field stronger and more aware again. If the person is willing to listen, we can work together. If I sense that they are not, then I do not impose my truth on them. I understand that we have different energies, and I believe that the goodness within me does not need to be intrusive.
I have also been in places where people talk about spirits and invisible forces. In such moments, I always remain honest and say directly that this is not my path. I work with living energy, not with that of the departed. This is my inner boundary, which ensures that my channel remains pure and my field clear.
I am not afraid of dark forces, but I do not feed them with my attention. I sometimes refer to the natural goodness within me as my inner light, and I believe that this is my natural state, and that everything that is not light dissipates around me when I remain at peace.
5️⃣ Rituals as conscious movements
For me, protective rituals are conscious actions that I perform in a coordinated manner. I don't do anything automatically, but listen to what my inner voice tells me first, because every ritual is a conscious energetic step for me, not superstition.
For example, sometimes when I have left home and remember that I have left something behind, I do not rush back. I pause for a moment and listen to see if my feelings allow me to go or not. If my inner voice says "don't go," then I don't go. If it says "go," then I know that the reason is not the forgotten item, but something that still needs to be noticed or prevented. It's that simple, just listen to your inner voice, your intuition, whatever you want to call it. But don't think with your mind or, even worse, just be afraid of something... and then invite that fear into your life.
So I keep my fingers crossed for others' success, but not in the literal sense. If someone important to me is in trouble or on their way to an important meeting, I send light beings to help them. I don't just wish them success, I call light beings to their side, asking them to keep their steps steady, their thoughts clear, and their energy pure.
I don't joke around with protective rituals. In my opinion, they are like invisible agreements with the universe. They must be respected. How about you, can you think of any such agreements right now?
I also have my own personal protective ritual, which I have shared only with a few close friends, and it helps keep my space clean from other inappropriate energies. It is an invisible but powerful filter. A conscious choice of who and what to allow into my space.
But even protection must be used wisely. I have learned that if my protection starts to feel like an attack to someone, it is a sign that I need to back off and not impose my goodness on them. In such cases, I prefer to remove myself from the situation or person. Protection must never become a weapon, because true protection is always a state of peace and awareness, not resistance. Of course, I have also erred in the need to leave, and so my protection has become a weapon. This has not yielded good results.
I have regained my inner balance through quiet conversations with the goodness within me. These are not magical either. I believe that you too have had your own dialogue. I just talk, explain, listen to the answers, think along, and thus calm down. Through this, I tune back into my frequency, where everything moves smoothly and correctly.
6️⃣ Behavioral guidelines as an invisible order
Some rules of behavior have remained with me as the wisdom of my ancestors, not as superstition, but as respect for the invisible order of life.
I have grown up knowing that certain behaviors must be followed. These are simple but deeply meaningful customs, like invisible threads that connect me to the harmony of life.
So I always sit down before setting off, even if only for a moment. It is not just a pause, but an inner attunement. A glance back at home, a pat on the travel bag, eye contact with those staying behind, a caress for my pet—it is like a breath of my soul before the next step. Does this sound familiar? I believe so!
This moment balances my energy, slows me down, and creates space for everything that follows to proceed calmly and at the right time for me. It's like a moment when I let the angel come and guide my path more confidently, without having to force anything.
Similarly, you don't greet someone over the threshold. The threshold is like a border between two worlds, where the energy of home and the energy of the outside world meet. You don't shake hands or exchange words over it, because that would be disrespectful to both the spirit of the home and yourself. If the situation is under my control, I definitely prefer to take a step in or out and only then extend my hand in greeting. This way, the flow of energy is pure for me and the circle is complete.
I also make sure that my hands do not cross with others when greeting them, as this can interfere with the exchange of energy. When I am in charge, every movement is like a small ritual through which I honor both others and life itself.
I also honor the meaning of pouring water into a glass. For me, this is a conscious act. When I pour water (actually, any liquid) for another person, I do so with the thought that it will bring them clarity, happiness, and good intentions.
However, these are not taboos or superstitions for me, but quiet reminders that the world is full of invisible order. When I respect this order, the universe senses my respect and responds with peace.
7️⃣ The sauna as a temple of light
For me, the sauna is not just a place to wash. It is a sanctuary of silence where the body, soul, and mind can listen to each other again.
Sauna rituals are sacred to me only when I consciously approach them as something other than a hurried obligation. When I can take the time to listen to myself while in the sauna. Is this a familiar feeling to you?
For me, the sauna is a temple of silence and self-awareness. When the door closes and the heat slowly envelops my body, I prefer to shut out the outside world. It is just me, my breathing, and the warmth that draws me inward.
If this is not possible in a communal sauna, I simply sit in the warm room.
I do not feel the need for elaborate sauna rituals, smoke sauna ceremonies, or traditional sweat lodges. My ritual is quiet and simple: just being, observing the thoughts that arise and allowing them to dissolve. The sauna cleanses not only the body but also the mind. The thoughts that surface there are always signs that something needs to be sorted out or readjusted. I don't suppress them, I just listen and let them evaporate with sweat.
When I'm in my home sauna, the experience becomes even more personal. There, I notice that the topics that come up are never random. For example, when a conversation arises with someone in the sauna, it is always an inner experience, not just chatter, but a conversation between souls that has its own message.
However, the custom of whipping each other is not important to me. On my own initiative and of my own free will, I do not whip others, nor do I allow myself to be whipped. This is not out of opposition, but because my body is my sanctuary. If someone asks me to whisk them, I do so, and then with good thoughts.
But I really prefer to listen to and touch my own body in the sauna, at my own pace and with my own feelings. The only exception I have made is for my spouse, because that touch is shared care and trust.
So, the sauna gives me not so much physical strength as energetic balance. There, the noise of excess energy disappears and only the truth remains. When I come out, I always feel as if I have been reborn, not only as a cleaner person, but also as a lighter and clearer person.

8️⃣ Work as an energetic practice
My work, whether as a numerologist or a journalist, is a constant collaboration with energy.
My work is closely related to energy, both on the visible and invisible levels. For me, numerology is more than a system of numbers; it is also the language of the universe through which life communicates with me. Every day has its own vibration and frequency, and when I act in harmony with them, everything flows more naturally. This is my professional protection ritual, not a ceremony, but a conscious attunement to the flow of life. How about you? Do you follow the energy flows of the day?
Not only do I observe the movement of daily energies, but I also try to adjust my activities accordingly. If the day supports communication and open conversations, then it is a good time for interviews and collaborations in journalism. If the numbers indicate deepening or silence, I devote that day to writing or inner reflection. It's like working according to your own life GPS. You know what that is, right? Just to remind you, it's like a numerological guide that helps you avoid going against the flow.
Numerology also teaches me to listen to others at their own pace. I don't impose my interpretations on anyone. I simply share the knowledge that everyone has their own inner rhythm and numerical path. We all have the right to choose our own speed for getting from point A to our personal points in life. Just like on a running track, some people do it faster, some more slowly, but everyone has their own timing for getting there. Numerology is not just a tool for me, but the language of the universe. When I listen to it, everything flows more naturally.
Amulets and prayers are my colleagues, keeping my energy clear so that I don't take on other people's worries. And every day I end with gratitude, because
Every day begins and ends with gratitude. Gratitude is the purest protection the soul can carry. Everything else—numbers, symbols, objects—are just tools for maintaining awareness of this inner light.
9️⃣ Light as a way of life
I have come to understand that protection is not really something that needs to be created separately. It is a way of life, a way of living in harmony, consciously and in peace. When I am in goodness, there is nothing left to protect myself from. When I am in balance, everything is already protected.
My inner light is no longer just a symbol for me, but an everyday practice. It is the way I start my day in the morning, the way I talk to people, the way I decide what to share and what to keep to myself. It is a constant conscious choice to live in such a way that every word and deed is in harmony with my higher self.
When I occasionally find myself in a situation where I feel a change in vibration or, in modern terms, the presence of a lower frequency, I no longer rush to "remove" it. I breathe deeply and remind myself that my inner light does not fight darkness, it simply is, and the darkness dissipates on its own. This knowledge is my greatest protection.
Protection is presence; protection does not lie in rituals, amulets, or talismans. Protection is gratitude. Respect for life. And the knowledge that the universe always works in my favor when I let it.
